Stuck with a legal problem? If you have a legal issue and aren’t sure what your next step is call the ACS Legal Helpline.
The Legal Helpline is managed by legal experts Prestige Business Services and it is there for you and your business if you have a legal issue and require advice. The helpline covers all legal issues ranging from employment law and health & safety to general business law, insurance and pensions.

The Caravan Helpline focuses on personal welfare problems arising from work, as well as at home. The dedicated freephone Helpline is open to all who work in the grocery industry, from the factory to the shop floor, ranging from the independent store to the multinationals. The Licensing Helpline is managed by Licensing Solutions and provide a team of experts who can answer any licensing question or query and help you with any licensing problems you may face. Advice and support is offered for personal licence applications and variations, NCPLH qualifications, premises applications and more. Certain aspects of licence application and training can be provided at discounted rates exclusive to ACS members.

Expert help is available from The Bottom Line where experts will help you find a way through complicated contract tie-ins and changing suppliers. They can also identify the best deal for your next contract and arrange all the relevant paperwork for signature.
ACS Insurance Helplines
ACS members can call either JLT Group on 0845 688 6006 or Bluefin on 01938 557904 for advice on commercial insurance. Both companies are insurance brokers and are both Associate members of ACS.
Forecourt retailers can also call Bluefin for forecourt insurance advice.

The Commercial Finance Helpline is managed by Commercial PLUS. The company provides solutions for a wide range of commercial property problems to businesses in the retail sector and have access to a wide range of secured and unsecured financial products.
Free Marketing Resources for Your Business
The Marketing Donut is a groundbreaking online marketing resource to help small businesses improve their marketing. It combines the advice and wisdom of well over 100 marketing, sales and PR experts.
